Designed to create a modern impact on the street, this first story extension provides a light filled master bedroom/lounge, large walk in robe and en-suite.
The feature staircase to the new bedroom passes by a large double story window to create a light well along the facade of the building. Features in this project include the locally made Blackbutt timber front door, face sliding door and stair treads.
As well as the building extension, we have turned the back yard of this residence into a pool and spa paradise. This area has been designed to suite the current house but also to allow for another ground floor extension in the future. Stay tuned for more photos!
